知識上很多寫著,運動30分鐘後才會燃燒脂肪,那是不是一次一定要跑個30分鐘後才能停?或是如果跑到超累了,要怎麼休息比較好(如慢走,跑到累了換成走路,一直走到可以再跑為止?或是其它方法?),休息幾分鐘後繼續跑最好?自己20分鐘跑3400很慢了,可是累翻了.....怎麼可能一次就跑30分鐘....那��
