練肌肉胸肌腹肌 - 啞鈴

我現在星期1.3.5有在訓練舉啞鈴20~30下左右手依樣仰臥起坐25~30下這樣在8月底之前有明顯的腹肌嗎?那要怎樣才能有?還以胸肌怎練ˇ才會變厚&大要吃什麼東西配合嗎??
