為何我做伏地起身和仰臥起坐訓練時會酸痛呢?! - 仰臥起坐

我會在固定時間在家裡面做仰臥起坐和伏地起身因為我才跟入門臂力和肌力都還不夠所以做的數量不會很多可是最近訓練肌肉時做仰臥起坐脖子會酸和有點僵硬(我手是輕輕抓著耳朵做仰臥起坐)做時尾椎骨的地方會不太舒服做伏地起身時也會有酸酸的感覺曾經手還因為這樣扭到痛了一天請問誰可以幫助��
