我的身高173cm體重55kg我練了仰臥起坐和板凳抬腿(就是坐在椅子邊緣抬腿)快4.5個月但腹肌的線條依然不明顯只有右邊腹肌有一線條較明顯.而左邊則不請問要如何完整的練出六塊肌ㄋ??飲食方面又要注意啥ㄋ?
