腹肌的鍛鍊,仰臥起坐要如何加重比較安全? - 運動

我最近有在練腹肌,用仰臥起坐的方式為了增加重量,我會在雙手綁沙包,外加手舉啞鈴但是手舉啞鈴時,因為要保持仰臥起坐的標準姿勢所以手肘都會彎曲而小於90度,變成手肘會有負擔我怕久了會造成網球肘之類的關節傷害有沒有比較標準,不會有運動傷害的重量訓練方式最好也是靠仰臥起坐,看要如何加重�
