堅持快一年,每個月幾乎每天都上健身房,最少的時候也一個月裏面有10天有去,跑步也好,器械也好,感覺有時候能跑很久,有時候大概5分鐘就累了,有時候能做很多下俯地挺身,有時候20下就沒力氣了,爲什麽體能會不穩定呢?
