我剛剛吃了太多東西了......算一算今天我吃早餐的熱量加上午餐的熱量已經超過了一千兩百卡了....現在我要怎麼辦押???我還有晚餐耶!!!!!請大家跟我說做哪些運動可以消耗五百大卡的熱量???我還有一個問題...如果我每天都跳繩八百下但沒有連續的喔而且我跳完一百下就會休息一次這樣我可以消耗多少的�
