我在做瑜珈的鋤式時應該是肩膀,脖子以頭平貼瑜珈墊,但卻在老師幫我調整腳時肩膀浮了起來,結果那整壓力全都集中到我頸椎結束後我的頸椎最禿的那塊(頸椎和肩膀中間的那塊)在痛.不知道我是不是傷了頸椎?不知會不會怎麼樣呢?
