最近剛加入瑜珈行列,因為下班很晚,所以每天都選擇晚上9點的課程,回到家睡覺時常常超過12點,7點就起床了,這樣的情況已經連續1個禮拜多,自從開始上瑜珈後,一直覺得精神會不集中,上班時很想睡覺,直到這二天,發現自己早上的胃口很差(以前起床時都很餓,可以吃二份早餐)現在連想吃東西的慾望都沒有,所
