我現在每天晚上12點入寢但是幾乎都睡不著若是睏了睡了隔天都睡到下午三點這樣我要怎麼上大學獨自生活阿幫幫忙我也沒在夜唱夜衝夜店阿都待在家理念書是因為沒運動早上曬太陽不夠嗎?也有的時候就算我下午五點就睡了隔天照樣睡到下午三點有什麼解決方法嗎?...Showmore
