我快要考志願役了可是一直有困擾因為我早上跑步時跑250公尺而以小腿就好酸所以我幾乎是跑200公尺慢走100公尺一直反覆練30分持續快一個月了完全沒啥進展這樣我很難考進去的說..考試8分鐘1200公尺有沒有啥方法可以讓小腿比較不酸暫時的也可以我一定要考過阿~~一天走+跑30分夠嗎?快救救我的小腿阿~~��
