我是男生,我要問的問題如標題。因為做伏地挺身我目前一天做一次,個人覺的還算標準式的做法做了半年小小的成就,目前一天一次約做60個半年前一天一次做不到30個。問題來了不知是不是運動傷害我做完之後後面背部都會酸痛要躺下來才會舒服,所以想問,除了伏地挺身有沒有其它的健身方式可以
