我大概做了一個月的仰臥起坐(1天70下慢慢增加),和平躺後不靠手、靠腹部的力量讓身體坐起來(1天60下),但我發現我的肚子似乎沒有消掉反而越來越大了。我知道運動一定是要長期的,但我怕再做下去肚子真的會變更大。我想知道一下,男生要瘦肚子的話,仰臥起坐有效嗎?還是那是女生才有效?不要
