當兵前有工作如何鍛鍊體能? - 跑步

我體能滿弱的,沒工作時練習訓練體能,結果[仰臥起坐]只能20下,[伏地挺身]只能20下,[原地跑步]只能約2分鐘,[吊單槓]預測不到一下,以前在學校體能都是最爛的,假如有工作跟本不能做這些體能練習,如果當兵一定會被盯到死,尤其在下部隊的時候,會不會像最近新聞一下被整(操)死?要怎麼解決�
