1.之前看到以前的朋友練胸肌和腹肌練得很漂亮頗為心動可是我身高180體重63太瘦所以練起來會不會不好看?2.現在有在吃起司跟喝牛奶對增重跟練肌肉有幫助嗎?3.目前每天做伏地挺身30下(30就很吃力)仰臥起坐50下(很想做更多但大概60下就會很酸很酸)舉啞鈴100下而已想慢慢增加可是聽說要練得漂亮要很多方
