關於瘦的人腹肌胸肌練法 - 伏地挺身

我170公分左右體重只有45左右之前就有伏地挺身的習慣所以胸肌稍微有點形狀我想請問在自家沒有工具的方法下如何練出胸肌和明顯的腹肌呢
