請問為何我每天在地上做伏地挺身(用工字型伏地挺身器),一次三組,一組15下,每組休息一分鐘,每次做到第二組的七、八下就好累,下去起不來,用盡全力才上的來,這樣光兩組做完就累到有點想睡覺。。。。完全不像健身完精神飽完的感覺,怎會這樣?可是我做李鳳山師父的平甩功,才做半小時�
