小弟目前做伏地挺身一組做23下做三組休息時間一組間隔一分鐘但是小弟爬文看到有人說要做5-8組休息間隔一分鐘但是我每次做完第三組後休息一分鐘就沒什麼力了請問要怎麼練才有效呢?
