最近新訓剛回來放懇親有個奇怪的問題我第一天跑的時候覺得很輕鬆第二天跑覺得有腿點酸屁股那有點痛重點是喘完以後過不久會開始頭暈第三天竟然開始會落隊了而且更酸更痛頭也更暈走路都走不太穩但是我同梯的弟兄跟我說他第一天跑很累感覺快死了第二天覺得輕鬆多了後來莒光日沒跑隔天我又能�
