我想要快速瘦小腹仰臥起坐應該每天做?還是做一天休息一天?做完後可否像做重訓一樣補充蛋白質?仰臥起坐要跟重訓的menu分開還是一起做完?ex重訓下午做補充蛋白質,仰做起坐睡前不補充蛋白質?怎樣排可以同時兼顧重訓增重的效果但又不會讓小復更大?
