1.如果舉啞鈴或裝水的寶特瓶來瘦手臂會不會反而變壯壓??(很擔心)還有沒有隨時就可做的瘦手臂運動??(我很想瘦手臂PLEASE~)2.我的腰多了一圈肉肉坐著就會跑出來要怎麼讓它不見??3.打腿有點粗因而許多褲子都無法穿小腿也有一點睡覺前會平時應該怎麼做??4.兩頰有點肉肉下巴也是(我有戴牙套須考慮這點)��
