我做仰臥起坐的原因是為了瘦肚子在網路上看到很多關於仰臥起坐的姿勢之類而我自己實做,「好像」是把屈膝之後,像做仰臥起坐一樣把身體抬起來「約」30~45度的時候腹部用力比較大....有人說做的時候身體躺平、屈膝,做仰臥起坐,身體呈45度就好。說是如果大於45度的話,腹部等於是在休息,沒有
