我有很嚴重的小腹,但是不是那種肚子無力那種。我的仰臥起坐很強,一分鐘最高紀錄是54下,可是小腹還是很嚴重。之前人家說仰臥起坐或是鍛鍊腹肌之類的可以瘦小腹也都去試了,後來發現根本只是讓藏在脂肪底下的腹肌變強,根本沒辦法消小腹。有時候搖個呼拉圈或做點運動會瘦一點,可是只要��
