我目前每天晚上都會做伏地挺身60下(腳墊高,手有隔著椅子)仰臥起坐目前是150下(每個禮拜往上加10下)還有滾輪20下這些已經持續幾個月了可是我肚子上有層油腹肌感覺有硬了可是還是被油覆蓋住請幫幫忙能瘦肚子上的那層油好讓腹肌凸顯有氧運動或甚麼運動都請各位幫幫忙感謝感謝!!...Showmore
