我想要減肥上網爬文想做肌力運動跟有氧運動我做的肌力運動像是撐體伏地挺身深蹲捲腹我想問的是肌力運動是每天做還是隔天做呢?那種會比較有效果?有氧運動像是原地踏步或是有氧舞蹈每天1小時請大家幫我解答謝謝
