本人175cm 75kg目前16歲正在發育期因為我想瘦小腹 練出點腹肌 還有練出點胸型 但是我還想長高!!1.請問瘦小腹 可以用仰臥起坐來瘦嗎?? 還有抬腿練下面的兩塊腹肌2.胸肌 胸型部分 聽說伏地挺身 發育期練會長不高??3.睡前做這些 會影響到睡眠品質嗎? 造成睡眠不好 長不高??��
