2個月前到健身中心每天勤勞的去跳有氧及作重量訓練....大約已經減了5公斤。。。在飲食方面也都有在控制別吃多。。。不過沒有特別不吃或是不吃肉。。那現在我要如何繼續能夠使體重剪下也持續每天跳有氧有時還有游泳。。須搭配何種飲食。。。或是能夠特別加重哪些運動。。。還有我作重量想要�
