情況是這樣:我10點多就上床了可是一直翻來覆去想事情還有會覺得口渴+上廁所重複動作拖到2.3點多才真正睡著我想要快點矯正過來早睡早起不然升高中怎通勤:(麻煩請不要貼一些有的沒的廣到謝謝!!!
