我想要減肥平常時很喜歡喝濃湯但是為了最後一個月可以減肥開學後我也想要希望別人覺得我瘦了我阿嬤專長是主菜常常中午煮麵食我就會一次吃兩三碗或者是晚餐煮好吃的我就一定會想配飯吃所以我想要問我製自蔬菜湯的熱量材料有:洋蔥4~6個番茄4~6個花椰菜2~3個紅蘿蔔4~6個這樣子熱量要怎麼算呢?因��
