睡覺睡太多 - 運動

我的情況是每當早上起床不管是幾點,例如7點到9點,起床後,吃完早點看個電視之類的,又想睡覺!就會睡到中午。不知是不是太晚睡的問題,但我想不是。是不是運動不夠?或者是其他的問題?
