如題個人因為車禍的原因在床上躺了許多時間到現在為止,除了腳不便之外,其餘都還好能想到在家做的的只有啞鈴(12LB而已)、仰臥起坐那就這些而論,要做到怎樣的量才算適量?或是一個基本的量?想盡快回復體力又該做些什麼?有專家或比較內行的人能安排或是建議的嗎!?...Showmore
