簡單的運動讓陰道變緊一點就好~很急~ - 運動

除了凱格蘭運動還有什麼簡單運動是至少可以讓陰道變緊~不用說要很緊~是至少有緊就好~~因為我發現我家寶貝最近竟然可以放兩根手指頭近來可是他一直和我說只放一根~~我也不想和他吵~但其實很難過~畢竟已經變那麼鬆了我想請問~1~空中腳踏車2~剪刀腿~3~收縮小腹`4~墊腳走路~這幾種會讓陰道變緊依點��
