國中生身高163(很矮)體重50(點肥)開始打籃球有一段得時間中距離投籃和切入籃下投球都還算ok不過我想加強我的準度還有跳躍力(並竟身高不高)還有我運球和別人打球隊友會說我運球太慢有時後在籃下跑有人傳球給我位子剛好可是我都會掉球運球也常常球不見或是被抄球希望能提供家強球運球的方法?還��
