我身高180體重86公斤運球不太行常在籃下運到一半就被抄走不然就是要從外線進去的時候運到自己掉蓋別人火鍋還不錯搶籃板有時搶到時都在空中被比我矮的人硬拍拍掉我個人認為我比較壯碩的部分在自己的肩膀和小腿請問我現在需要做哪些體能和籃球上的訓練?如何改善有時拿到球就會忘記觀察四面八�
