請教板上有經驗的彈跳高手!!小弟目前163/63一直都有打球的習慣!!而之前有鍛鍊過跳躍力最好的情況是拿球上籃可以整隻手打板(正常框)不過要摸到框還有一段距離(另外我是單腳起跳)而我之前只有每天固定做200下的起立蹲下一次做6~70連做3次這樣然後發現有點傷膝蓋不過目前膝蓋狀況還不錯!!只是擔心所�
