小弟我升高一身高:171體重:62~65我最近在網路上有看到訓練之後需要充分的休息有些人說練一天休息一天適當補充蛋白質這樣肌肉才會有足夠的生長時間但是我每天都有再練球我是球隊的每天早上起來大腿外側的肌肉都會很酸晚上舉啞鈴早上起來全身都會很酸在做完伸展操之類的運動以後也是一樣請問我
