本人身高176cm體重72kg目前高二有參加籃球社位子是控球想趁著一些空閒的時間來練球但安排菜單這方面我真的不太行一個星期中除了六日可以練習外134早上大概有2~3hr可以練球(其餘時間要上課or打工)所以想懇請大大好心幫我排一份訓練表包括運球防守投籃傳球...等等我爬了蠻多文看到的幾乎都是牛頭不�
