小弟隔好久一段時間沒有天天做伏地挺身仰臥起坐最近想再來鍛鍊昨天做完後今天肌肉痠痛請問要等肌肉修復好不痛了再繼續還是仍然每天都固定做?另外可以提供什麼好方法嗎我想練胸肌....@@
