大致上來說,看了很多文章。關於精神方面,並未嘗試過他們那些意見。因為覺得不是很試用,以我體質來看外表看起來很想睡,實質上是真的想睡。容易勞累,比較沒在運動。可是我有持續一段時間做運動,沒有成效就沒有繼續下去了。重點:有充足的睡眠,卻每天起床就是想睡到不行。<看了很多��
