小弟最近以每天練揮棒左右各100下.....和原地跑步20分鐘以上來運動......畢竟胃食道逆流這要好很久...就靠運動來強身一下....這樣運動持續第5天....第一天汗真的多的誇張....衣服很外全濕....也很喘....到昨天後....其實排汗量似乎也減少....也比較不喘...甚至是沒感覺....今天排汗量也是減少....但就真的不��
