我身高181體重6423歲因為太瘦所以想練點肌肉有線條一點我都是晚上吃飽飯後2ㄍ小時在練運動前有暖身拉筋順便做個開合跳100下伏地挺身--雙手手掌緊靠成3角形20下與肩同寬20下比肩膀距離再寬一些20下腳靠在椅子上20下手靠在床上20下每20下間隔60秒直到做滿100下停止2天做一次仰臥起坐~上腹肌15下一組共3�
