最近突然很想練身體~想要練肌肉其實是因為我們班有人比我壯很想要練一練肌肉這樣才可以輸人不輸陣所以我懇請各位大大幫我排一ㄍ訓練身體ㄉ計畫例如說每天做幾下伏地挺身呀?或神麼每天要跑操場幾圈神麼之類的要有確立的行程喔~~還有我希望也<耐力變好一點>因為每次打球打一下下就累ㄌ...S
