我169cm64.7kg大一住宿早上吃7-11無糖高纖豆漿+御飯糰or三明治or麵包中餐吃吃便當飯吃一半吃菜吃肉就好肉是炸的or吃乾意麵下午4~5點跑河堤1600cm都微上坡上坡一點點平地回來走路在跑操場2圈200m在拉筋一次50下伏地挺身在身體動一動拉一拉放鬆一下肌肉5點30了先讓他流汗流完6點在洗澡or去拳擊場練還沒去��
