目前高2178CM77KG我每天早上做25~303~4組放學回家會做40下左右沒休息感覺肌肉長很慢我一天這樣的次數(伏地挺身)夠嗎我在家會拿啞鈴.健美輪.握力棒...都感覺肌肉沒變化是做太多下嗎還有我單槓正手標準可以拉11下算太少嗎有時候會去練單槓是5下一組做4~8組誰能給我一些有關健身的建議嗎?謝謝!!!
