請問一下,我的身高146體重是55,而我的目標是50公斤,現在不管我怎麼吃,我的體重都保持在55公斤,可是我的身材還是沒有變瘦也,我的肚子和小腹還是很胖,怎麼辦,有沒有什麼方法可以讓我的體重可以減到50公斤,然後也讓我的肚子和小腹可以瘦下去的,有嗎?有的話,可以跟我說嗎?可以嗎?��
