想請問一下,最近因為想矯正脊椎的問題所以開始練瑜珈,加上又想減肥,本身160體重55.5很胖我知道=="剛上第一堂課量體重是54,很高興,但是再來就開始生病,可能是因為工作12個小時又加上早起練瑜珈,除了睡眠時間不夠之外,工作的地方以及外面的溫度又差很多,所以就開始感冒,但是練瑜珈覺得除了感冒之
