我是個上班族差不多運動一個月了平均一星期至少運動三次左右大都是慢跑每次運動時間約一個半小時因我運動的地方是公司附近的健身房健身房還有免費的瑜珈課和有氧課偶爾會去上瑜珈~大部份我都還是使用跑步機居多我身高164/55~一個月前~體重58~所以瘦下三公斤~~算是正常我的飲食都正常~除了要運�
