練肌肉~想修線條但不要大塊肌肉該怎麼練? - 重訓

小弟想要修線條就是手臂放鬆(EX往下垂)有肌肉線條而不是軟趴趴一大片肥肉...><但又不想練成這種https://www.google.com.tw/search?q=%E8%82%8C%E8%82...太大塊了@@~~~就是不要太大塊有肌肉線條即可=)這樣怎麼練?算重訓嗎?跟一般訓練方法會有差嗎?(好像是拿較輕的啞鈴練=練線條較重的練=練大塊)是這樣嗎?
