近期開始 每天固定做伏地挺身跟仰臥起坐伏地挺身我有分為上胸.中胸.下胸做坐上胸時,我將腳墊高 做中胸時,則是於平地做做下胸時,我則是將雙手墊高 我剛開始每天做的次數是一百下但不是連續做一百下 目前還沒有辦法這麼強因為本身較瘦 先前又都沒有運動習慣所以都是分次做 中間大概會��
