因為考上了警專要開始訓練自己的體能以下是我已經有在做的訓練還有相關問題1.伏地挺身其實一開始只是想練練自己手臂的肌肉還有胸肌...=0=我是一次做20個這樣但是已經做了好幾個星期了都沒有進步欸還是只能做20個最多25個(雖然手臂肌肉好像有變大)這是正常的嗎??但是我上網看有人說有背重量的
